The Kentucky-Tennessee Revivals

In March of 2019, God began speaking to me about the fire and the spirit of revival that will link Tennessee and Kentucky together in a long-running season of awakening. Here are the words I have been hiding in my journal for the past year:

This move will extend from Fort Knox to Knoxville. Kentucky will have many friends of God, keepers of the secrets that will emerge with a red-hot timely anointing. Out of central Tennessee, apples of gold will be delivered by a new breed of Evangelists. Among those Evangelists, look for fiery, spirit-filled women who will walk with authority and compassion.

As a sign of this move, I see earthquakes happening near the TN/KY border.

From Nashville to Louisville there will be a redemption of place and the prophetic identities of cities and regions will be healed. Places that have suffered from tarnished reputations will experience a spiritual renewal and a reclamation of godly reputation.

From Chattanooga to Corbin there will be a kingdom train. I see an alignment of ministries and a combining and sharing between ministries in the states that will be a marvel to the rest of the nation.

From Morristown to Bardstown, a folk revival is coming. A fresh anointing is coming upon the singers and songwriters. I hear sounds of justice and deep, heartfelt pleadings of the soul that modern Christian music isn’t accustomed to. There will be songs that are prayers and songs that weep. This will be a gift and anointing from God.

From Morehead to Bulls Gap, the outcasts, oddballs, witches, occultists, heavy metal-heads, and such will be won. God’s going to love them into the kingdom.

Cumberland Gap is a womb. Watch what emerges from and into this tri-state region.

From Memphis to Paris, there’s a sound of longing. Greatness is waiting to find a new day.

From Elizabethtown to Maryville, this revival will raise up holy women who will carry the miraculous.

From Bristol to Pikeville, I see campfires. I see pockets of unique revivals.

From LaFollette to Owensboro, I see a bubbling up of old wells. There are some places that have experienced revival in past years that are about to experience it again. Yesteryear is about to high five today and brand new sparks are going to erupt. Plus, the river will rise and revivals will see things that the former ones never did.

From Lexington to Kingsport, people will come from other parts of the country and world just to experience the unusual and blessed outpouring that is happening in these revivals. And, many will want to hear the angels that come and sing along on the new songs of glory that will be captured in this move. Well known Ministers from faraway places will visit this revival.

Get ready! This thing has already been set into motion. The next trigger point could happen anytime now.

Firebrands will face extra Hell and warfare because of their anointing and destiny.

Nevertheless, these warriors of revival are steadfast, focused, and they’re moving on with marching orders. They might stumble, but they won’t stay down. They’ve been baptized in the consuming fire of God’s presence.

They’re unlike the pew-warmers that fill many churches today. So, occasionally these freedom fighters need to be encouraged.

These firebrands need to know that it’s ok to be radical. So, if thats you…keep breathing fire. Keep your shout, your dance, and your song. Don’t let anyone rob you of your Holy Ghost joy.

Don’t turn down just to accommodate the backslidden and the lukewarm. We need you to burn.

There’s a time to be quiet and there’s a time to shout. This ain’t the time to hold back. This is the hour of awakening. This is the time for the radicals—the fiery ones—to emerge and roar.

God is sanctifying chosen ones for this hour. They will walk in deliverance, for they are the delivered ones.

They will be a new breed. They will be the final hour torches being lit by a last days Apostolic fury. They will run and not grow weary. They will chase out devils.

This group of hungry ones will be rich in prophetic and evangelistic oil. No generation has witnessed the powerful display of signs, wonders, and fruitfulness like this one is about to.

The developed countries such as the U.S., the U.K., and even Russia are about to be rocked by the glory of God. The bell is about to ring.

The firebrands that have often felt out of place, odd, unwanted, or misunderstood are about to see things begin to click. Their destiny, their moment, their remnant brothers and sisters are all about to be revealed.

Get ready. The firebrands are coming.

Mike Ammons, a friend of mine, just dreamed this dream…twice. He shared it with me and I helped him with the interpretation. Here’s the dream:

[saw] a camp inside a wall. On the wall were 7 men. In the center of the wall was a flame. All seven men were crouched walking as they all began to alarm the camp inside the wall. A figure walks from the flame and an arrow is shot at a pathway that is aglow and also illuminates around the wall of the camp exposing where they are.

I heard a voice say this glow will expose and direct a move. The voice continued to say that the camp will walk in power and opposition will come but there is always counterfeit to the real.

Interpretation:

The seven men on the wall represent the fulness of the church (Rev. 1:4, Rev 2-3).

The alarm signifies timing; a kairos “right now” moment is upon us.

Jesus is the center, the figure walking from the flame (Rev 2:1).

The men were walking. Jesus was walking, stepping forth. This speaks of a movement. Another great Jesus Movement is about to happen.

The arrow is fresh fire being released. Revival fire.

The path is:

This fire-shot of revival will illuminate, or bring us back to what we’re supposed to be walking in.

Thus says the LORD, “Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, Where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls.

Jer 6:16

Guys! This is an exciting prophetic dream that beautifully corresponds with biblical imagery. This thing has already been initiated in the Spirit. The fuse has been lit. The hour of revival is upon us. Are you ready for this? The street lamps along the highway of holiness are turning on. No more wandering in the deserts of confusion or the valleys of complacency. This is the hour to arise, come forth, and march with sanctified purpose and passion. -Shane

One morning I walked into my office. As I crossed the room, approaching my desk, a shattering noise grabbed my attention. I quickly turned to see a collectible bottle of soda that had just fallen off my bookshelf and shattered onto the floor. Soda from 1974 was leaking out. The bottle commemorated Secretariat, the 1973 Kentucky Derby winner. I was born in 1973 and the collectible bottle was given to me as a gift. I was sad that it had broken. However, I felt it had a prophetic significance. So, I investigated the situation a little closer. I thought I had placed the bottle in a safe spot where it wouldn’t be easily knocked over. And, sure enough, my intrigue spiked when I noticed the culprit. I had a few books on that shelf and a couple of audio teaching series.  At the exact moment I was walking across the room, the books on that shelf lost their grip and started sliding. The end one was an audio teaching by Ray Hughes called The War Horse. That Warhorse had run across the shelf and it knocked off the Racehorse. The prophetic message I heard from that was: The racehorses here in horse-country Kentucky have been running well, but they’ve been running in circles and not really getting anywhere. Nevertheless, God is releasing the warhorses. God was ready to send help through a new and different way. The up-down, round and round cycles were about to be broken.

Since that time, I have had two different people give me an exactly matching collectible bottle to the one that was broken. Neither person knew the backstory. Each of these times, God has imparted a breaker anointing that releases folks from stuck cycles. These were interesting signposts that showed what God was about to do in a specific place.

I believe that God is more geographically minded than we realize. Places matter to God. So, begin to believe for regional breakthroughs. Allow your faith to call forth the mighty warhorses of God. No more running in circles. It’s time for change.

If you’re an intercessor, I believe God wants to take your faith and prayers to another level. I believe He wants to use you and your prayer connections to release and activate regional deliverance, salvation, and breakthroughs. So, arise and contend. Fresh oil is available for you.

The real prophets are now emerging. They’re coming to the forefront, the front, the platform, the microphone, and the stage. They’re coming to Carmel, and to the high places. Like Elijah and like John Baptist… they’re coming.

These are the not-for-profit prophets. These wild ones aren’t like those who are only playing the prophet with all the right, trendy catchphrases.

This sanctified brand of last days prophets don’t open their words by selling their products, or asking for support. Profit isn’t their aim. Ministry isn’t a business to them.

They don’t live for popularity. They know loneliness, and discouragement. They are sometimes misunderstood.

They are sometimes maligned. They are accused of being too much like John Baptist. But, the Lord says that’s a rightful label. However, Jesus loved John dearly and had nothing negative to say about him. Jesus also loves these firebrands that walk humbly with Him.

Their words get complaints for being too harsh, sharp.

God has baptized this new generation of prophets with His fire. They hate sin, lukewarmness, and lame religion.

A prophetic revival is upon us. Piercing words and unflinching faces will again make straight the way of the Lord.

This new breed will carry new wine with an impartation of the old wine. They will be a manifestation of the conjoined former and latter. There will be a fresh anointing on their words, ministry, and life. Yet, they will walk in a respect toward anointed voices of bygone years. Accordingly, that undead anointing they have honored will be activated in their own lives.

Watch. This is the hour. We are now witnesses to the emergence of God’s firebrands. The holiness preachers. The prophetic voices; instruments of revival.
